At Kiddo Lane, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged products not due to our error

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at greenmount302@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us via email.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider

  • Allow processing time before raising a concern

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost.
